This week sees the launch of the ‘Teeny Weeny DAILY Practice’.  Making too many changes, each of which has the capacity to overwhelm just floors me.  So on another bright blue Dublin day, I have decided every day has to begin with a ‘Teeny Weeny’.  There will be just one thing.
